Payment
1. Cash on delivery - You pay the counter cost of the order and transport when the parcel is handed over by a representative of the courier company.
2. Bank payment - payment by bank transfer is made in advance. Either pay by making a deposit at the cash desk of the bank where we have an account, or by bank transfer if you use the online banking system. Information required for bank payment will be provided by us if this option is selected.
Delivery
1. The delivery is made by the courier company. The cost of transport is calculated according to the rates of the courier company and depends on the place of delivery.
2. We are not responsible for delays that may occur in the delivery process, after the package has been handed over to the courier company. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and confirmed on Monday. We will communicate more information about the delivery terms at the time of order confirmation, depending on the time and volume of other orders.
3. Pickup from our warehouse: Odessa, Kyiv, Bucharest, Chisinau.
